Growing Commercial Team supporting expanding location operations

Projects include defense, refurbishments, remediation, cladding and heritage projects valued around $25 million.

• →Review and improve Contract Administration mechanisms
• →Ensure all reporting required by the client, including status, project, program, and risk reports, all have sufficient content and are submitted on time
• →Commercial review of Head Contracts, MSA’s and Agreements
• →Provide support and work with upper management to ensure project commercial requirements and outcomes are met
• →Implement and support of subcontract management processes
• →Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally
• →Work with the Commercial team to ensure ongoing development and training

• Previous experience in commercial contract administration with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Head Contract Management
• Sub Contract Management

• Police Clearance
• White Card
• Drivers Licence
