Coxswain

• Defence and Infrastructure construction project
• Site based role near Rockingham
• Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture

• →Operate vessels safely in line with maritime regulations (coxswain duties)
• →Assist with loading, unloading and transport of equipment and personnel
• →Perform general const labouring duties including construction, maintenance, and site support
• →Conduct routine vessel checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• →Adhere to all WHS and maritime safety procedures
• →Work effectively as part of a team across marine and onshore tasks Requirements

• Experience as a skilled labourer (construction, marine, or industrial)
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts or weekends
• Team player who works well in a team environment.
• Health and Safety focused

• Valid Coxswain Certificate 
• Driver’s Licence (HR desirable) and transport
• First Aid & CPR
• White card
• DCAC or ability to obtain one

The Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture (DEJV) is a specialist Defence infrastructure delivery partnership with a strong track record in delivering major infrastructure works at HMAS Stirling, Western Australia’s premier naval base. Building on this experience, DEJV has been engaged to deliver several significant infrastructure projects supporting AUKUS, representing a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity to contribute to Australia’s future Defence capability.

This position is part of the joint venture, and applicants will be considered for opportunities across both partners.
