Labour Resource Coordinator

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Labour Resource Lead to ensure the efficient allocation and coordination of skilled labour across WA South construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Roster allocation and performance tracking of wages employees
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, PPE is prepared, and Verification of Competency (VOC)
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with the wages workforce
- Ensure assessments are scheduled in line with client / site requirements.
- Maintain Client portals (Avetta, Pegasus, Damstra, RapidGlobal, CMS, Complyflow, MSIC)
- Site inductions and site-specific medicals
- Maintain rostering system
- Assist in maintaining consistency of HammerTech (HSEQ System) processes across projects and regions
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date subcontractor, worker, and equipment records
- Support the transfer of subcontractor records between projects where applicable
This role would suit someone who has experience with talent pooling and future forecasting and comes from a recruitment or mobilisation background.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and professionalism with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and team.
- Experience with Project Operations including shutdowns would be beneficial
