Maintain training records and the provision of training administration support across Duratec and its subsidiary’s.
Update training database with current certificates, internal/external training and licenses
- Maintain the training inbox and respond to queries
- Assist with the compilation of monthly training reports to management and HSEQ personnel
- Assist with the maintenance of the national RTO supplier list
- Support the maintenance of internal record management and LMS system, Moodle
- Complete other adhoc training administration (i.e wage subsidies) and undertake other training projects as required
- Liaise with training providers, site managers, and the HR team
- Administrative skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of MS products – word, excel, outlook
- Ability to prioritise work
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Requirements

- Drivers Licence
- Experience working in a training team or organisation
