Support project delivery teams on various remediation projects throughout the Newcastle area.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs including tiles, metal sheets, shingles, membranes, gutters, flashings and downpipes.
- Inspect roofs and plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, structural issues, or deterioration.
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, valves, pumps, and hot water units.
- Apply waterproofing systems, flashing, sealants, and insulation to prevent water ingress.
- Diagnose and resolve issues such as roof leaks, burst pipes, blocked drains, and water pressure problems.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, EWP’s, harnesses, and plumbing diagnostic equipment safely.
- Provide emergency repairs for storm water drainage, plumbing failures, or urgent leaks.
- Collaborate with builders, contractors, and property owners to plan and complete work efficiently
