Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and polished Sales Assistant to join our cosmetics and perfumes team. Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting cosmetics and perfumes that meet their personal needs and preferences • Demonstrate and sample products to drive customer purchase decisions • Create compelling marketing content for online and in-store promotions • Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range, including ingredients, benefits, and fragrance families • Achieve individual and team sales targets • Ensure the sales floor is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times Requirements Knowledge and Experience • Experience in cosmetics, perfumes, or beauty product sales is required • Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and fragrance families • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to create engaging marketing and social media content • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling abilities • Must be presentable with a polished and professional appearance
