Position Summary
The Field Marketing Professional will be a key contributor to D-Fend’s go-to-market success in the Americas. This role is heavily field-focused — owning event planning and execution, logistics management, inventory control, field staffing, and local sales support, with strong strategic alignment to the corporate marketing team. The ideal candidate thrives in high-energy environments, excels at logistical execution, and is motivated by delivering outstanding field and event experiences that strengthen customer, and partnerengagement.
This role will primarily support the United States, while also providing field marketing and event execution support for Canada and select LATAM activities in alignment with regional sales priorities.
  • Field and Event Execution and Enablement, Sales Alignment and Support, and Reporting
  • Partner closely with sales teams across the United States, while providing additional field marketing and event support for Canada and LATAM initiatives as needed.
  • Support exhibitions, trade show,  and conference participation and presence, customer forums / user groups, demonstrations, sales meetings, customer visits, executive engagements, and partner activities through strong on-the-ground event execution and coordination.
  • Act as the field liaison to corporate marketing for campaigns,  ABM, and other marketing programs, ensuring local alignment, sales readiness, and effective execution in the territory.
  • Coordinate localized marketing support around key events and territory priorities, including adapting materials and enabling partner joint activities.
  • Ensure effective lead capture and onsite engagement processes at events, working closely with sales and SDR teams to maximize follow-up and conversion.
  • Manage post-event activities including lead handoff, internal debriefs, attendee feedback, and tracking next steps with sales.
  • Prepare clear post-event reports including attendance outcomes, logistics debriefs, cost insights, lead results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales leadership, corporate marketing, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Help maintain field event calendars, budget tracking, vendor performance logs, and territory-level operational visibility.
  • Amplify field feedback and the voice of the customer to corporate marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Support localized marketing activities such as adapting materials, coordinating partner joint activities, and enabling territory-specific initiatives (e.g., partner events, industry workshops).
  • Own end-to-end management of field marketing inventory, including demo systems, booth structures, signage, collateral, promotional items, and branded assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all shipping and logistics for events, including advance shipments, on-site delivery, return shipping, and storage between events.
  • Manage shipping timelines, carriers, customs documentation (when applicable), tracking, and contingency planning to ensure assets arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records; track asset locations, usage, condition, and replenishment needs.
  • Ensure proper packing, labeling, storage, and post-event reconciliation of all assets to minimize loss, damage, and unnecessary shipping costs.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or operations-centric marketing roles ( B2G tech preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing in-person events, trade shows, and/or large-scale conferences.
  • Experience supporting sales and customer engagement activities in a field environment.
  • Excellent project and logistical management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing inventory, physical assets, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours around key events.
  • Background in B2G, defense/technology, public safety, or security markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM and basic reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot), event platforms, and inventory tracking systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
