As a Placement Engineering Student, you will join the leader in the on-demand pay industry during a 9–12 month placement. You will be part of a mission-driven team hyper-focused on designing technology that builds a better, more equitable financial system. This role is designed for students who are passionate about reimagining how money moves and are willing to define new rules to change systems and lives. • Academic Foundation: Currently registered in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field that supports a 9–12 month placement.

• Core Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the basic principles of software design.

• Coding Experience: Practical coding experience in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go.

• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive mindset and a strong desire to develop your career in technology and master new methodologies like TDD.

• Communication Skills: The ability to articulate technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Mission Alignment: A passion for reimagining financial systems and a drive to contribute to a company growing at an extraordinary pace.
