We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Project Coordinator to provide strategic support to the Program Manager in delivering a critical WHS Hazardous Materials Management Program. In this role, you will act as the lead Administrator for enterprise-level program status reporting and manage the delivery of insights to Steering Committees.
You will ensure the program remains in strict alignment with all state-level digital assurance framework requirements, specifically navigating external gateway reviews and maintaining all mandatory compliance and governance documentation.
Responsibilities
~1 min readProgram Administration: Act as the Program Administrator for the Hazardous Materials Management Program, using ServiceNow to manage the program schedule, risks, issues, resource allocation, and financial tracking within the tool.
• Digital Assurance Framework (DAF) & Governance
Gateway Coordination: Prepare the program for mandatory NSW Gateway Reviews (Gates 2-6), ensuring all entry criteria are met for "Pre-execution" (Gate 3) and beyond.
Documentation Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of critical HMMP DAF artefacts, including Business Case, Benefits Realisation Plan, and Project Risk Profile assessments.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the program aligns with the Assurance Framework for Digital and ICT Investments, acting as the primary point of contact for independent assurance health checks.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience using ServiceNow SPM for project tracking, resource management, and reporting.
• Communication: Highly developed written skills for preparing complex government documentation and executive-level reports.
• Ability to engage and collaborate internally with IT areas, project teams, and business areas.
