We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Campaign Manager to lead and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead for our Engineering Software Group. This role requires an analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing to optimize the entire buyer’s journey. They will leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign execution, personalization, and efficiency across the go-to-market motion. The Campaign Manager will work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to develop multi-channel campaigns that maximize conversions and contribute directly to revenue growth. Please note, the internal title of this role is Senior Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities

- →Develop, launch, and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital ads, social media, webinars, content syndication, and events to generate quality leads.
- →Collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with branding, messaging, and customer needs.
- →Leverage AI-enabled tools to support campaign development, audience targeting, personalization, and content activation across channels.
Lead Management & Nurturing:
- →Partner with Sales to refine lead handoff processes, optimize lead scoring, and nurture programs, ensuring smooth transitions from marketing to sales-qualified leads.
- →Build automated nurture streams, utilizing segmentation to create personalized customer journeys.
- →Utilize automation and AI-assisted tools to enhance segmentation and personalization within marketing programs.
Performance Analysis:
- →Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- →Conduct A/B testing on creative elements, messaging, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- →Work closely with product marketing to develop and promote high-quality, relevant content that drives engagement.
- →Align campaign strategy with sales and business development initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and successful pipeline growth.
Requirements

- Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and contribute to revenue growth.

- Ability to tailor campaign experiences for diverse enterprise personas, including technical users, economic buyers, and executive stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- General understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Experience with Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered marketing and sales tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the GTM motion (e.g. Clay, Qualified, ChatGPT). Technical or engineering experience is not required.
