Order Operations Analyst (Dublin)

We are looking for an Order Operations Analyst to join our evolving Sales Operations team located in our Dublin office. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth, collaborative environments and is eager to dive into the Order Operations function of the Sales process. We need a detail-oriented, process-minded individual who has experience in order management and working cross-functionally to support the needs of a fast-growing sales team while carrying a high volume workload.

• →Performs a review of opportunities submitted by sales teams to ensure all required documentation is provided and the order is in compliance with company procedures and guidelines
• →Coordinates the resolution of Order Form discrepancies or questions with various internal departments 
• →Facilitates signature requests of Legal Agreements, Order Forms, and Vendor Forms
• →Acts as a subject matter expert for External Marketplace orders
• →Provides daily ad hoc training and sales support for opportunity close process
• →Identifies and recommends process improvements to optimize daily Order Operations activities, including Salesforce-related processes.
• →Participates in testing of system projects prior to implementation
• →Expands upon Order Operations internal documentation along with the related field facing documentation of current processes
• →Completes all owned tasks by the scheduled month end close deadlines and escalates issues when needed
• →Performs various tasks that impact Customer billing and access to Datadog solutions and services

• 1-2 years experience in Order Management or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English
• Experiencing navigating Salesforce is preferred
• Familiarity of AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplace experience is preferred, not required
• Strong time management, organization, and detail orientation skills
• Familiarity with SaaS selling motions is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and switch gears in high volume and fast paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and analyze data to identify efficiency improvements is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple departments
• Bachelor's Degree
