Datadog’s Technical Content team consists of tech-oriented writers and editors who create accurate and compelling content for a highly technical audience of software developers, ops engineers, and other end users. Our team's mission is to produce well researched and polished technical content that enhances customer trust in Datadog—both as a product and an organization—and that cements our position as the authoritative voice in the monitoring and security spaces. Datadog's main blog (a.k.a., "The Monitor") covers Datadog in depth and provides valuable information to the broader tech community around observability, best practices, and industry trends.
While our Docs team handles the essential "how-to" of our products, we’re looking for a writer who wants to explore the "why" behind modern tech trends.
This is a great fit if you love the intersection of engineering and storytelling. You’ll get hands-on with the technology (code included) and create editorial content specifically for software developers, ops engineers, and other practitioners.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture—the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
