You will work alongside Japan's Field Marketing team to help grow Dataiku's business in Japan. This team executes high-quality B2B marketing tactics, offering a valuable opportunity for those seeking a career in the IT/Tech industry as a marketer.
This position is based in our Tokyo office, with no remote work permitted. While business travel is generally not required, occasional accompaniment to events within Tokyo's 23 wards may be necessary.
This is a part-time, fixed-term contract running until the end of January 2027, with expected hours of 3-4 hours per day, 4-5 days per week (up to 17 hours weekly).
Responsibilities

- →Manage technical aspects of marketing campaigns, including website updates, social assets creation and updates, landing page creation, and campaign tracking.
- →Event Support:
- →Contribute to campaigns for Dataiku’s annual conference, proprietary seminars and workshops, as well as third-party conferences.
- →Research & Analysis:
- →Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support marketing campaign activities as needed.
- →Creative Innovation:
- →Identify opportunities for continuous marketing innovation, including contributing to the company's podcast projects.
Requirements

- Native Japanese speaker with advanced English proficiency, particularly strong in written communication.
- Basic Statistical Knowledge:
- Has studied statistics through general education, specialized coursework, or self-study.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs and Spreadsheets), with strong familiarity in handling data using Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivation:
- Motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative.
- Attention to Detail:
- Demonstrates a high level of thoroughness and reliability in completing tasks.
- Design Awareness:
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Innovation Mindset:
- A strong inclination toward innovative technologies such as Big Data and predictive analytics.
