About the Opportunity
David Zwirner is looking for a Temporary Web Content Producer with a passion for art and culture to assist in the production, programming, optimization, and management of content on the gallery’s website. Reporting to the Digital Editorial Director, the ideal candidate is highly motivated and extremely organized, with unwavering attention to detail, and will have direct Content Management System experience in a digital-first environment. This role would be contracted from September 2026 through January 2027.
Working closely with the Marketing, Digital, and Content teams, this production-focused role requires dexterity in navigating and leveraging the backend of a robust CMS system. An integral part of a highly collaborative team, the Temp Web Content Producer will be responsible for the daily website updates and production of digital exhibitions, news, and other web content, as well as serving as a key strategic partner to all digital teams to optimize workflow and troubleshoot key issues via the CMS.
Position hours are Monday-Friday, 10am to 6pm, with occasional additional hours.
Candidates must be diligent, extremely organized, and possess excellent time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities

- →Support QA process of select digital content and product updates on website.
- →Maintain and execute daily website updates in accordance with the web content calendar in an effort to inform stakeholders on published, on-going, and expired content.
- →Partner with Digital Content, Online Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to produce digital exhibitions, news, artist pages, available works, and other web features.
- →Provide technical support for content team ideation.
- →Work with the digital team and vendors to solve technical issues in displaying content.
- →Review and test digital content to ensure conformance with platform requirements, title tags, meta descriptions, and other SEO best practices.
- →Update Google Business Listings.
- →Support uploads on third-party sales platforms such as Artsy.

- 1-2 years of experience in a role primarily focused on content creation & web production.
- Knowledge of HTML required; experience with CSS, additional software, or web development a plus.
- Knowledge of Sanity CMS is a plus.
- Working knowledge of basic Photoshop skills for image cropping and processing.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
