🤔 What will you be doing?

• Ensure personal hygiene and grooming in line with outlet standards
• Assist in table setup: linens, cutlery, consumables, buffet counter preparation
• Supply cutlery, consumables, condiments to guests and maintain adequate stock according to number of covers or as directed by F&B supervisor
• Know menu items (food & beverages), including allergies, side dishes, and daily specials
• Take food and beverage orders following Outlet Standard Operating Procedures
• Record and place orders with kitchen and bar
• Suggest and serve desserts and beverages
• Maintain a friendly, cooperative environment to maximize customer satisfaction
• Check that guests are enjoying their meals and resolve any complaints with management support
• Encourage positive social media reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, Instagram)
• Prepare and present bills for payment
• Clean and maintain the appearance of the establishment
• Maintain cleanliness standards according to company operating procedures and hygiene protocols
• Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks in assigned areas
• Adhere to service, hygiene, and food handling standards per company procedures
• Follow security protocols to ensure guest safety
• Comply with health & safety procedures and instructions on material safety data sheets
• Report any damages to outlet premises, furniture, equipment, or health & safety hazards to the F&B Supervisor
  

🧠 What skills should you bring?

• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality role
• Strong communication and people skills
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Friendly, approachable, and always ready to smile
• A team player with flexibility for different shift
