We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns across multiple brands.


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across the Group’s hotels.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, activations, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Work closely with department heads to align marketing plans with business objectives.
  • Manage brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels.
  • Oversee social media content, website updates, digital platforms, and printed material.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify market trends, customer behaviour, and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, media partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the marketing team to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate marketing activity for events, launches, and key business periods.
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective use of marketing spend.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos)
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of branding, campaign management, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Hootsuite, and similar platforms.
  • Good knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar design tools is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese. Other languages will be considered an asset.
