We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Lead General Dentist to serve as the clinical leader of our established, multi-specialty practice in Forked River, New Jersey. • Comprehensive dental services including restorative, cosmetic, orthodontics, oral surgery, implants, and removable prosthetics

• →Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• →Deliver high-quality general dentistry services for patients of all ages
• →Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive oral health
• →Mentor associate dentists and collaborate on comprehensive treatment planning
• →Serve as the clinical leader of the practice by promoting best practices and clinical excellence
• →Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• →Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
• →Prescribe medications and manage patient care in accordance with state regulations

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license
• Current CDS and DEA registrations
• Current CPR certification

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative clinical team while maintaining exceptional patient care
