We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Lead General Dentist to serve as the clinical leader of our established, multi-specialty practice in Forked River, New Jersey. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Deliver high-quality general dentistry services for patients of all ages
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive oral health
  • Mentor associate dentists and collaborate on comprehensive treatment planning
  • Serve as the clinical leader of the practice by promoting best practices and clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
  • Prescribe medications and manage patient care in accordance with state regulations

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active New Jersey dental license
  • Current CDS and DEA registrations
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative clinical team while maintaining exceptional patient care
