Our established multi-specialty practice has proudly served the community for decades and provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- →Deliver high-quality general dentistry services for patients of all ages
- →Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive oral health
- →Mentor associate dentists and collaborate on comprehensive treatment planning
- →Serve as the clinical leader of the practice by promoting best practices and clinical excellence
- →Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- →Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
- →Prescribe medications and manage patient care in accordance with state regulations
Requirements
~1 min read- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New Jersey dental license
- Current CDS and DEA registrations
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative clinical team while maintaining exceptional patient care
