Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $50–$55/hour
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $96,200 – $105,820/year based on the current schedule
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a highly respected private dental practice in Prairie Village, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist with at least two years of clinical experience who enjoys building long-term patient relationships while delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care.

Located in Prairie Village, KS, you'll enjoy one of the Kansas City area's most desirable communities, known for its beautiful neighborhoods, excellent schools, local shops, and convenient access to downtown Kansas City.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive dental care
- Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and preventive hygiene procedures
- Conduct periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings
- Take and process dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care recommendations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate closely with the doctors and clinical team to provide outstanding patient care
- Maintain infection control standards and support an efficient clinical workflow
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Kansas
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical hygiene experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused practice environment
