Responsibilities
~1 min read- →High-quality research and creative activities that generate impactful publications, outputs and contributions to the field.
- →Collaboration across disciplines and with industry partners, building strong research networks and identifying opportunities for partnerships.
- →Research funding capability and leading competitive grant and funding applications.
- →Support and mentorship to students and early-career researchers, including co-supervising Honours/HDR students and working with experienced mentors.
- →A strong research profile and impact, communicating outcomes effectively and developing a track record of excellence, timely delivery, recognition and community/industry impact.
- PhD and/or other relevant qualifications and experience in chemical engineering, materials engineering/science, environmental engineering or related technical disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience with particle agglomeration and laboratory proficiency.
- Emerging research and scholarship through publications, and/or exhibitions as appropriate to the discipline.
- Capacity to contribute to teaching, research and administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to contribute to communities and engagement through research.
- This position may require the incumbent to travel domestically and/or internationally to attend conferences, events and to represent the university.
