This is an opportunity to help strengthen the impact of the Institute for Health Transformation's (IHT) strategic partnerships through evidence-based evaluation and continuous improvement. As Partnership Evaluation Coordinator, you will play a key role in gathering, analysing and translating data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making, demonstrate the value of partnership initiatives and support IHT's mission to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for communities.

Working across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure partnership activities are effectively evaluated, outcomes are measured, and opportunities for improvement are identified. Your work will contribute to stronger partnerships, enhanced collaboration and greater impact for IHT, Deakin and the communities we serve.

Beyond delivering high-quality evaluation and reporting, you will foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement, helping stakeholders use evidence and insights to inform future priorities and maximise the value of partnership investments. Through your contribution, evaluation will become a valuable tool for strengthening collaboration, demonstrating impact and supporting IHT's strategic objectives and long-term success.

• Coordinate and support partnership evaluation activities, ensuring data is collected, analysed and reported effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to measure outcomes, identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Translate complex data, evidence and stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop evaluation reports, dashboards and other resources that communicate impact and support continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of evidence-based practice, helping stakeholders use evaluation findings to strengthen programs, partnerships and outcomes.

• Proven experience coordinating evaluation, research, monitoring and reporting activities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience collecting, interpreting and communicating quantitative and qualitative data.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a diverse range of internal and external partners.
• Experience preparing high-quality reports, presentations and evaluation resources that support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes through evaluation and partnership excellence.
