  • HEW8 $123,554 - $141,459 (pro-rata part-time) + 17% Superannuation

You'll help turn groundbreaking ideas into real-world outcomes for children and families. By bringing together researchers, clinicians and partners from across Victoria, you'll lead projects that accelerate innovation, expand research opportunities and help shape the future of children's healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen paediatric clinical trial capability across Victoria.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with healthcare, research and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting to ensure key milestones and outcomes are achieved.
  • Coordinate network-wide programs, including capability-building, knowledge-sharing and workforce development initiatives.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, efficiency and innovation across the clinical research sector.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or equivalent experience in project management, clinical research, healthcare or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in clinical trials, project management or a related field, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects from planning through to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building partnerships across multiple organisations and professional groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence outcomes and drive process improvement in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
