Research Assistant

• Located at HERB (Barwon Health, Geelong)
• Two part time (0.2FTE) positions available for 6 months. 
• Research Assistant $79,336 - $86,599 + 17% Superannuation

• Support study participant involvement including assisting with setting up a youth advisory group (YAG) for the Barwon Infant study.
• Management and updating of the Barwon Infant Study website, newsletters and social media.
• Assisting with any documentation relevant to the development of an App for the next wave of participant follow up.
• Contribute to relevant protocol management as part of the research team in accordance with the ICH GCP (Good Clinical Practice)
• Support the development and management of the REDCap database for data entry and record keeping relevant to the YAG and App development for next wave of follow up  
• Support in filing and managing study documentation including the online portal for websites.
• Provide administrative support to the research project team.

• A Graduate qualification in a health relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Excellent data management and quality assurance skills, record keeping skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, while also working constructively with supervisor/mentor, and as a team member.
• High-level word processing/computer skills with a sound knowledge of a range of word processing and data managements systems (e.g. REDCap).
