Engage with diverse stakeholders to analyse challenges, negotiate inclusive solutions, implement actions, and evaluate their effectiveness, adjusting as needed.

Support the development, implementation and evaluation of Equity & Inclusion strategies, programs and action plans using evidence-based approaches.

Inspire and coach others to challenge assumptions, review policies, and identify innovative, inclusive practices using diverse information sources.

Identify emerging risks, trends, barriers and opportunities, adapting priorities and solutions in response to changing organisational needs and business environments.

Drive and champion inclusive change by influencing stakeholders, addressing barriers, and generating enthusiasm for new approaches.

Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
-
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in business information systems, modern data management platforms

Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including experience negotiating priorities and outcomes in complex environments.

Experience using data analytics to support decision-making and strategy development for equity & inclusion type projects.

Experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

Experience in using data analysis tools, software (such as Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools), and statistical methods.

Higher Education industry and/or Equity & Inclusion experience will be highly regarded.
