Senior Project Coordinator, Student Complaints and Conduct

• Based at our Melbourne, Burwood Campus / Geelong, Waterfront Campus+ hybrid work arrangements
• Part-time – 0.80 FTE and fixed-term until Oct 2027
• HEW 8 $123,554 - $141,459 + 17% Superannuation

• Postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience and management expertise; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training
• Demonstrated experience with case management of people with multiple and complex needs.
• High-level written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce written information and effective record keeping and evidence management.
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks to support consistent, fair, and evidence-based decision-making.
• High-level interpersonal influence and stakeholder management skills, including demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with management, staff, students and other stakeholders

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification or relevant experience in psychology, social work, behavioural science, criminology, law or other related disciplines.
• Knowledge and experience of the regulatory and governance requirements in higher education.
