We're looking for a hands-on Learning Architect who can redesign leadership development from the ground up—moving beyond attendance registers, generic workshops, and nice-to-have training.
You'll help shape how leadership is built, applied, measured, and scaled across a major financial services organisation.

You'll create enterprise measurement frameworks that track:
- Learning transfer
- Behavioural application

Responsibilities
~1 min readYou'll operate across strategy, architecture, design, and execution:
- →Translate leadership strategy into delivery-ready learning solutions
- →Build enterprise leadership development pathways by leadership level
- →Design practical programme blueprints, facilitator guides, templates, and learning assets
- →Create application-driven assessment and evidence frameworks
- →Lead large-scale learning architecture initiatives end-to-end
- →Shape UI/UX and learner experience across digital learning platforms
- →Embed behavioural science, adult learning, and instructional design best practices
- →Partner with business leaders, SMEs, HR, Learning CoEs, and analytics teams
- →Build scalable systems, not one-off interventions
- →Drive continuous improvement, governance, and quality assurance
- →Manage vendors and learning partners
- →Turn learning into measurable commercial value

- 10–15+ years in learning, leadership development, talent, or enterprise capability design
- Proven experience designing enterprise learning architectures or leadership frameworks
- Strong expertise in blended, digital, augmented, and human-centred learning design
- Deep instructional design capability
- Experience creating end-to-end learning journeys
- Advanced leadership development experience (senior and executive level)
- Strong learning measurement capability beyond L1/L2
- Experience building delivery-ready assets, not just strategic recommendations
- Ability to connect behavioural change to measurable business impact
- Experience in complex, large-scale, regulated environments
- Financial services experience highly preferred

Requirements
~1 min read- Relevant Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Learning, Education, Organisational Development, Human Capital, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or related disciplines
- Advanced certifications in learning design, behavioural science, UX, leadership development, or digital learning are advantageous
