We're hiring a Senior HR Generalist – Compliance, Employee Relations & Safety to join our Human Resources team in our Los Angeles office.
Position Description: We believe great HR is about building trust, treating people fairly and consistently, and helping leaders succeed. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead the firm's compliance, employee relations, workplace safety, workers' compensation, and employment-based immigration programs. Working closely with the HR Director, firm leaders, legal counsel, and external partners, you will help ensure our people practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with our collaborative culture.
Ideal Candidate: You'll thrive in this role if you -
- Have strong knowledge of California employment law and experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
- Build trusted relationships and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
- Balance empathy, sound judgment, and objectivity when handling sensitive employee matters.
- Enjoy improving processes and finding practical solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Are passionate about creating safe, healthy workplaces and leading compliance initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000–$125,000. This range represents the firm's good faith estimate in accordance with California pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, education, skills, and geographic location.
