Our Client is ACG Europe d.o.o., one of the largest world producers of hard gelatin capsules for the pharmaceutical industry in around seventy countries around the world. It is a part of multinational company ACG Worldwide seated in India.
For our Client we are looking for an ambitious and efficient professional, ready to work in a dynamic international environment on the position:
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and quality improvement
- →Define clear objectives for OpEx and automation initiatives and establish metrics to track initiative success and progress
- →Ensure alignment of improvement projects with the broader manufacturing strategy and company vision
- →Develop and manage detailed project plans for continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM), automation, and digitalization initiatives
- →Prioritize and evaluate projects based on feasibility, cost, impact, and ROI
- →Conduct trials and observation studies to measure project impact and evaluate operational improvements
- →Develop and deliver training programs to ensure operators can effectively use new systems and processes
Requirements
~1 min read- At minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology
- At least 10 years of experience in Operational Excellence and automation in manufacturing
- Strong expertise in project management and Lean methodologies; Six Sigma Green Belt or higher required
- Proficiency in statistical/data analysis, ideally with Minitab
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and company culture
