JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps),

- Design and execute test plans across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and SharePoint Online, and integrated solutions (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT)
- Validate Power Platform capabilities including document management, workflows, permissions, and user experience
- Test and ensure quality across integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and related platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end business processes and requirements
- Document defects, test results, and maintain logs; raise risks and escalate when needed
- Support user acceptance testing and provide guidance to business users
- Leverage tools such as Azure DevOps, Mabl, Playwright, and other frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency
- Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and integration validation strategies
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing
- 3+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience validating system integrations, workflows, and data exchange across platforms
- Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Playwright or Mabl)
- Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience working within the SAFe framework
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with SharePoint supporting workflows and integrations
- Experience in environments focused on content management and business process modernization
- SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
- Candidates located in the Washington, DC metro area or Chicago are strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- Proactive risk identification with timely escalation
- Ability to support modernization efforts, including validating new solutions as legacy platforms are retired and business processes are streamlined
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and coverage
