Responsibilities
~1 min readMust demonstrate proficient ability and knowledge in the development of cost and schedule baselines, milestone schedules, work breakdown structures, spend out plans to establish optimum conditions and effective utilization of resources and facilities, including equipment, manpower, and funding.
Must demonstrate strong knowledge of DOE 413 and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements.
Must be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in the use of Primavera P6 scheduling software and cost processing software (Cobra preferred).
Must be able to demonstrate their ability to use advanced functions and features of the Microsoft Office software suite.
Must have strong problem solving, analysis and interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to walkdown and interface with personnel and systems in the field when required.
Ability to use Acumen Fuse, PeopleSoft, and Oracle's OBIEE is desirable.
