Our Spa & Wellness is a place where guests come to truly unwind, and where every detail matters. We work according to Forbes Travel Guide five-star standards and partner with Biologique-Recherche. We are looking for a Spa Employee who takes pride in delivering a seamless guest experience and knows how to keep a luxury spa running at its best.

As Spa Employee you are a key part of the daily operations of our Spa & Wellness. You, together with the Assistant Spa Manager, guide and support our new spa therapists and spa trainees/colleagues, helping them develop and ensuring they understand what is expected of them. Your role is varied: one moment you are managing the booking schedule, the next you are welcoming a guest or briefing a trainee.

You are responsible for planning and managing spa bookings and making sure the schedule runs smoothly. You are the main point of contact between guests and our therapists, ensuring clear communication and a well-coordinated flow of treatments throughout the day. You guide and support our spa trainees, helping them develop and making sure they know what is expected of them.

At the reception you welcome guests, handle enquiries and provide confident information about our facilities, treatments and products. After completing the training, you will be confident in presenting and selling Biologique Recherche products. You keep the spa environment calm, clean and perfectly presented at all times, and maintain hygiene and operational standards in line with hotel policy. You also assist with daily checklists, inventory management and administrative tasks as needed.

•        Experience in a spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment

•        Confident in managing bookings and scheduling, with a good overview of a busy agenda

•        A natural host — warm, attentive and professional in every interaction

•        Willing to learn and continuously improve

•        Organised and calm under pressure, even when the spa is at full capacity

•        A clear communicator who connects easily with both guests and colleagues

•        Detail-oriented and proactive in keeping the spa environment at the right standard

•        Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus

•        Available for both full-time and part-time hours, including weekends

•        Experience in a five-star hotel spa

•        Familiarity with Biologique-Recherche or similar premium skincare brands

•        Experience with spa booking or hotel management software
