Join the Audit and Reporting team, one of the core pillars of the Delinea platform. This team builds and runs the services that give customers a reliable, secure record of everything happening across their environment, along with the reporting tools that turn that data into insight. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and maintain microservices in C# .NET, deploy them through Kubernetes in Microsoft Azure, and help these services scale to handle more data, more reliably — including work underway to modernize how audit data is stored, using Azure Data Explorer (ADX). This position plays a key role in strengthening Delinea’s identity and access management ecosystem through high-quality engineering practices and innovation. We want to learn, solve complex problems, and work together as a strong team. You will report to the team’s engineering manager.
The role is hybrid in Mexico City (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in our offices in Reforma.

· Help ensure the Audit service reliably captures, stores, and surfaces audit events across the platform, supporting customers' security, compliance, and visibility needs.
· Build and improve reporting capabilities that turn raw audit data into insights customers can act on.
· Get hands-on with SQL and NoSQL data stores (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) and, increasingly, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), as the team modernizes how high-volume audit data is stored and queried.
· Own CI/CD pipelines that make deployments fast, automated, and boringly reliable, using Azure DevOps.
· Bring rigor and curiosity to code and design reviews, championing performance, data integrity, and maintainability.
· Dig into production issues using observability tools like Datadog and turn what you find into sharper root cause analyses and post-incident reviews.
· Team up with product managers and architects to help shape where the Audit and Reporting roadmap goes next.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
· Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience with C# .NET and microservices architectures.
· Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB); willingness to learn Azure Data Explorer (ADX) if not already familiar with it.
· Working familiarity with containerized environments (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms, Azure preferred.
· Comfort with CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
· Solid understanding of data integrity, security, and performance considerations in distributed systems.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
· Experience with Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Kusto Query Language (KQL), or other columnar/analytics data stores.
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for Azure.
· Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog or Grafana.
· Exposure to identity and access management, audit logging, or compliance-driven systems.
· Experience migrating services between data stores or re-architecting legacy systems.
· Experience working in Agile software development environments.
