Most people know Deliveroo as the app that brings sushi or burgers to their front door. Deliveroo for Work (DfW) is our dedicated B2B arm. We help businesses - from tech startups to global law firms - manage their corporate catering and employee food perks.
Whether it’s providing late-night meals for hardworking teams, organising office pop-ups, managing monthly "stipends" for remote workers, or catering massive boardroom events, DfW is the secret ingredient to a happy office culture. We offer companies a centralised platform to control spending while giving their employees access to the best restaurants in the city.
The growth opportunity remains huge, with 2026 being an important year for the business.
As a Corporate Service Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience. Your role involves onboarding new clients, assisting with account queries, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities for growth both reactively and proactively.
You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team in our Manchester office, working under a hybrid model (at least three days a week in the office).

~1 min readThis team will be looking after Corporate Accounts so the ideal candidate is organised and has a strong sense of customer service, whilst understanding the corporate world. The position would be suited to someone enthusiastic about securing a client-facing role with a variety of different tasks to do each day. This role is for you if you:
Native or fluent in English and French.
A driven and hardworking individual with experience in customer service and account management
A strong understanding of Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Identifying complex issues and thinking on your feet to come up with the right solution
Able to adapt to day-to-day challenges in relation to tasks assigned to you
A team-oriented attitude, willing to collaborate and support colleagues
