Finance & Strategy Director, Merchant

Our Finance team plays a critical role in shaping the company’s future—allocating capital to the highest-impact opportunities, building robust financial strategies, and delivering sustainable value as we scale.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our Merchant organisation. You will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leaders to shape commercial strategy, influence key decisions, and lead the evolution of our Merchant economics—at a time of significant scale and integration with DoorDash.

As the Director for Merchant F&S, you act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer and Merchant leadership—shaping pricing strategy, optimising merchant economics, and delivering data-driven insights to support complex, high-value negotiations. You operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, driving outcomes across a large and fast-evolving business.
