• →Support end-to-end billing operations, including order entry, invoice preparation, review, and submission.
• →Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and company policies, collaborate with teams to ensure revenue accuracy.
• →Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and support client needs.
• →Support the analysis of billing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• →Identify and raise issues, participate in issue resolution. 
• →Maintain up-to-date documentation of billing procedures and client requirements.
• →Support audits and provide necessary documentation for financial reviews.
• →Assist in the implementation of new billing systems and process enhancements.
• →Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and billing processes in a timely and professional manner.

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in billing, financial operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems, CRM, and billing software.
• Experience with processing various billing models (i.e., recurring, subscription, usage)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of billing processes in a corporate environment.
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance standards.
• Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
