• You speak fluent Japanese and English. 

• You enjoy creating UGC Videos for social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. 

• You do not need to be an experienced UGC creator already: creators from all backgrounds are welcome, including YouTubers, streamers, influencers, lifestyle creators, and reviewers. 

• You are comfortable speaking in front of the camera and know how to capture attention in short-form videos. 

• You have basic filming and editing skills and are using at least a basic camera or studio setup. 

• You have strong communication skills and a creative mindset. 

• You understand what makes content feel authentic, engaging, and platform-native. 

• You are reliable, proactive, and able to meet agreed deadlines.
