We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is the front line of support for our customers and internal teams, ensuring accounts are set up and maintained accurately, inquiries are handled promptly, and communication is professional and solution-driven. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy problem-solving, this position is for you.
  • Accurately set up and manage customer accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Process invoices and handle account reconciliations efficiently.
  • Provide support to the Route Service team as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Competitive hourly wage ($17 - $18 per hour).

  • At least one year of B2B customer service/account management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional phone manner with outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficient in typing/data entry and strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills strongly preferred, but not required
  • Basic understanding of accounting clerical/bookkeeping procedures preferred.
  • Proven track record of reliable work performance.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment checks.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Take pride in delivering quality work.
  • Maintain a stable work history with good attendance and punctuality.
  • Often possess experience in fast-paced environments such as production, manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, restaurant, or retail positions.
