Dental Health Associates is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our Fitchburg (South) clinic, working alongside Dr. Nick Anders on our Endodontic team. This is a 4 day work week with Fridays off, offering consistency in your schedule and the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and your team.

What We Offer

Compensation is based on experience especially for candidates with endodontic or periodontal surgical experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
- →Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments.
- →Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.
- →Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- →Provide post-operative instructions and help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit.
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Previous dental assistant experience.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
- Comfort assisting in surgical or specialty procedures is a strong plus.
