• 4-Day Work Week: Enjoy long weekends every week! 
• No Weekends: Spend your weekends doing what you love. (This position includes occasional weekend on-call duties, which are shared on a rotating basis among team members. Additional compensation is provided for time spent on-call.)

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and have a positive experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Doctors in All Aspects of Clinical Care: Be an essential part of our clinical team, supporting our doctors with a variety of tasks and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Braces and Invisalign: Dive into the world of orthodontics by assisting with the latest treatments, including braces and Invisalign, helping patients achieve their dream smiles.
• Removing and Placing Arch Wires: Use your precision and expertise to remove and place arch wires, a critical component of orthodontic care.
• Placing Invisalign Attachments: Play a key role in patient care by accurately placing Invisalign attachments, contributing to successful treatment outcomes.
• Taking Impressions and Pouring Models: Showcase your attention to detail by taking precise dental impressions and pouring models that are vital for creating effective treatment plans.
• Sterilization: Ensure a safe and clean environment by meticulously sterilizing instruments and equipment, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
• Taking Photos and Radiographs: Capture high-quality images and radiographs that are essential for diagnosing and planning treatments, using state-of-the-art technology.
• Seating Patients and Talking with Them While Waiting on the Doctor: Be the friendly and reassuring presence that welcomes patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease while they wait.
