Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities Downloading, editing and uploading product images while ensuring high-resolution and consistent quality and crafting accurate product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits Regularly updating product information, including pricing and specifications Create and review purchase orders to ensure the accuracy and in a timely manner Marketplaces products association Conduct data quality checks across all Marais channels Reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Ad-hoc projects Requirements Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk Experience with MS Office and data programs Experience with photo cropping software Familiarity with administrative duties Typing speed and accuracy Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation Attention to detail Confidentiality Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Work Arrangement Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30AM AEST to 18.00PM AEST, inclusive of a 30-min unpaid lunch break Why you should join our team!
