The Associate, Programmatic is responsible for supporting the day-to-day deployment, activation, and operational execution of programmatic media campaigns for one of DEPT®'s largest enterprise clients. Working closely with Managers, Associate Directors, Directors, and cross-functional partners, this role helps ensure campaigns are built accurately, launched efficiently, and maintained according to account standards and best practices.
This role is designed for an early career marketer who is eager to learn the fundamentals of programmatic media deployment, campaign architecture, and operational excellence. The Associate, Programmatic will develop hands-on experience across campaign builds, quality assurance, launch management, troubleshooting, and optimization implementation while contributing to the success of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team.
Responsibilities

- →Support the build, deployment, launch, and ongoing maintenance of programmatic campaigns.
- →Assist with campaign setup by configuring audiences, budgets, creative assets, flight dates, tracking parameters, and platform settings accurately.
- →Conduct quality assurance reviews across campaign builds, creative assets, targeting configurations, tracking implementation, and platform settings to ensure error-free execution.
- →Support campaign launches by validating campaign readiness, monitoring launch activity, and helping resolve issues that arise during deployment.
- →Assist with the implementation of campaign optimizations, audience updates, creative refreshes, budget adjustments, and platform enhancements.
- →Help maintain campaign documentation, deployment checklists, operational processes, and workflow tracking to support scalable and consistent execution.
- →Partner with Managers and Associate Directors to support campaign architecture, account structure development, and deployment best practices.
- →Troubleshoot campaign setup, tracking, delivery, and platform issues while partnering with internal teams to drive resolution.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrated Media Strategy & Planning, Ad Operations, Data Science & Analytics, Project Management, and other media craft teams to support seamless campaign deployment.
- →Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and process improvements to improve deployment efficiency, quality assurance, and operational workflows.
- →Participate actively in team meetings, training opportunities, and ongoing development initiatives to expand programmatic expertise.
- →Embody DEPT®'s values while contributing to a collaborative, curious, and solutions-oriented team environment.
- 6–12 months of experience in marketing, advertising, analytics, business operations, or a related field. Prior experience in media is a plus.
- Strong interest in digital advertising, media, and performance measurement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Analytical curiosity and an eagerness to understand the "why" behind campaign performance.
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets, including basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to ask questions, learn, and collaborate.
- A proactive "get sh*t done" mindset and a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

- A naturally curious mindset with an eagerness to learn new platforms, technologies, and ways of working.
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to explore how they can improve efficiency and effectiveness within media workflows.
You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
