This role is based on the creative floor in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol, Burger King, Praxis, Ziggo and Grolsch to name a few.
First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a passion for video, and Premiere Pro holds no secrets for you; Ripple delete? Of course! Normalizing audio peaks to -1 dB? Let's do it!
You're a video editor at heart, but you enjoy thinking conceptually and creatively about video content as well! Especially with social content, the edit often plays a crucial role in the overall humor and vibe of the video, so you have a significant impact there by getting creative with the concept.
Secondly, we’re looking for someone who is completely immersed in social media; you consume social content like salty peanuts at your local pub. You're up to date with the latest TikTok trends, and just like us, you can't get that one viral sound out of your head.
Responsibilities
~1 min readThis role is part of our social creative team. We deliver quality content across all social channels that is platform-first, engaging and always on trend. The team is small but growing and incredibly versatile & talented. The Social Creatives are responsible for ideating, creating and posting the most engaging and on trend social content for a range of well known clients for the Dutch market. Have you ever come across a crazy edit for bol or a street interview for Grolsch? That’s a very good overview of what your activities will look like!
This job is all about editing - but as it’s social - there’s more to it than just making the edits. With your knowledge of social trends, humour and storytelling you’ll be able to really add your own flavour to the work you’re making.
Shooting and editing videos will be your main focus, but there’s always room to come up with ideas yourself (or star in one of them if you’d like!).
We usually create our videos with an iPhone, but are investing more and more in a good and versatile lighting and audio setup. Some knowledge on these matters is very much welcome!

- Create all content to a brand’s tone of voice
- Understand the target audience’s needs
- Fluent in Dutch and Dutch culture
- Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere, working organised is important.
- Basic animation skills in Adobe After Effects
- Experience in shooting videos (on iPhone)
- Basic knowledge on lighting and audio
- Experience in social-first ideas, concepting and production
- Experience in using cultural trends and insights to create compelling social-first content
- Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
- A love for learning new things
- High attention to detail
