Responsibilities

→Current RN license in Nevada required
→Bachelor’s degree in nursing BSN strongly preferred
→Minimum one (1) year of direct psychiatric nursing experience required
→Minimum three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience, ideally in behavioral healthcare settings
→Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care
→Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
→A passion for mentoring and developing nursing talent
→Ability to stabilize acute psychotic and non-violent crisis' by using accepted intervention techniques
