Financial Services Agent, Client Services

As a client financial services agent, you support advisors in service delivery and the maintenance of business relationships by offering simple and fast solutions for 💰 investments, 🏠 financing, and ☂️ protection, all aligned with established strategies. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Handle requests from members and clients by taking the necessary steps and conducting the required research.
• Help with agenda and email management.
• Support members and clients with the selection and optimal use of various tools and alternate channels to promote self-service and automation.
• Seize business opportunities, and participate in sales development through various initiatives.

What you bring to the table

• Attestation of Collegial Studies 
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
• Knowledge of French is required
