Hiring Range: $69,265-$103,900 (Pay grade 8 on 14 pay grade scale)
Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- →Experience developing training materials, presentations, or educational content.
- →Experience presenting information to groups and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
- →Demonstrated ability to independently organize, plan, and carry projects through implementation.
- →Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with employees, professionals, external organizations, and the general public.
- →Ability to understand complex information, policies, procedures, and regulations and communicate them in an understandable way.
- →Experience using technology to support presentations, virtual training, recordkeeping, and day-to-day work.
- →Ability and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight travel.
- →Ability to respond flexibly when critical events or operational needs require support outside of the typical work schedule.
Additional Considerations
- →Experience in training, teaching, communications, community outreach, or stakeholder engagement.
- →Experience working with victim services, criminal justice, human services, government, or another public-service environment.
- →Knowledge of victim-service resources at the local, state, or federal level.
- →Experience with claims examination, case management, victims' compensation, or related programs.
- →Experience using learning management systems or other training platforms.
