Daily facilitating bookings, bookings creation and punctuality recording

Daily recording cancellation & rejection cases and money reconciliation with accounting

Support nurses on inventory orders and inventory reconciliation

Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly report

Support HBC (home blood collection) daily activities and other duties as assigned.

Train, supervise day-to-day activities, leadership, and support nurses.

Ensure sample collection activities (onsite and offsite) to be on time and exact

Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback

Ensure timely and accurate customer service, encouraging to team and staff

Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests

Troubleshoot emergencies

Lab/nurse related duties:

Verifies test requisitions and follow Home blood collection’s SOP

Able to explain the procedure and understanding tests requirements

Tracks collected specimens by initialing, dating, and noting times of collection

Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Ensure patient confidentiality

Verbal Communication, Good customer service skills

To be thorough and pay strong attention to detail, Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and focusing ability

Venipuncture / Capillary Blood Collection is preferred
