Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is a mission-critical business partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This leader drives a high-performance finance function that is trusted, scalable, and future-ready. They set the tone for a culture of accuracy, accountability, customer-centricity, and strategic partnership. This role manages all FP&A, accounting, compliance, working capital, AR/collections, asset management, and financial operations across all North American operations for DSI (Diagnostica Stago, Inc.), SCL (Stago Canada Ltd.), and DSRV. This is not a back-office controller role. This is a dynamic, enterprise-wide influencer who ensures that finance accelerates decisions, removes friction, and empowers commercial performance.
