Supervisor Implementation and Transformation provides leadership and oversight to the Implementation & Transformation group. Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
- Provides day to day supervision and guidance for assigned Implementation & Transformation team members.
- Ensures team effectively performs all aspects of installation activity, including: Reviewing customer purchase orders / requests to understand implementation equipment, process and other requirements.
- Working with customer and implementation team members to develop implementation project plans and schedules.
- Articulating the DN operating model, including workflows, roles and responsibilities.
- Ordering and scheduling equipment and parts delivery, where required.
- Performing specific implementation steps.
- Testing and troubleshooting installed systems.
- Working with customers to ensure their understanding of operating principles and product functionality.
- Develops team member capabilities, ensuring appropriate training and certification.
- Ensures team members adhere to established customer, company and other relevant standards and specifications.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Typically has 4-6 years of experience in Implementation and Transformation.
- Typically has 4-6 years of experience in Team Supervision / Management.
- Fluent business English skills (written and spoken).
