management and distribution. Today, DigiSay acts as a media group with subsidiaries providing end-to-end services

around the content life-cycle from inception to monetization. DigiSay aims to focus on the media sector from a

technology, production, and venture-building perspective.

A Leading Multi-Platform Network in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized

in the media sector and YouTube content management, but aiming for those services to be scalable and

technology-based. DS Media’s objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA

Match Policy

● Oversee and enforce match policies for assigned channels to ensure content compliance.

● Apply the necessary CID (Content ID) policies for relevant content across all platforms.

● Track and report the number of CID applications for proper documentation.

Todos

● Address and resolve issues related to invalid references, reference overlaps, potential claims, disputes,

appeals, ownership conflicts, and ownership transfers.

● Manage and track the progress of these tasks to ensure timely resolution.

Daily Claims

● Manage and process the total number of daily claims efficiently.

● Ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation for each claim handled.

Linking & Unlinking

● Manage and process the total number of linking and unlinking requests for channels.

● Ensure accurate and timely execution of all linking and unlinking tasks.

DigiSay Anti-Piracy

● Submit total manual claim and takedown forms across all platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram,

TikTok, Twitter).

● Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to protect content on these platforms.

Audit & SRAV

● To work on DigiSay CMS's periodic audit of our catalogue to ensure everything is in order from a copyright

perspective.

● To work on the SRAV-assigned tasks.

Whitelist Channels

● Monitor all whitelisted channels to ensure they do not misuse the whitelisting.

Monthly Sheets& Reports

● Creating sheets on a monthly basis for the team.

● To work on the required reports.

SLA (Service Level Agreement) Management:

● Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and tickets based on their respective SLAs.

● Track the number of tickets handled and ensure tasks meet both time and quality expectations.

● Report on SLA performance and work with the team to improve task efficiency and adherence to

deadlines.

Quality Assurance

● Perform quality assurance on team members' work to ensure accuracy and consistency.

● Review deliverables to maintain high standards of performance and adherence to guidelines.

Team Training

● Provide the Copyrights team members with essential training on daily tasks and processes.

● Conduct regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

● Offer hands-on guidance to ensure proficiency in tools and systems.

● Keep the team updated on process changes and new technologies.

Work Arrangements

● Shifts: Three shifts per day (Morning, Mid, Night) (could be changed based on business needs)
● Shift Timing: Shifts run from 9 AM to 1 AM (could be changed based on business needs)
● Days Off: 2 days per week
● Working Hours: 9 hours per shift, including a one-hour break
● Working Arrangement: Rotating shifts
● Weekend Schedule: Rotating weekend schedule
● On-Site Work: Required based on business needs

Ideal Profile

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Experience 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the music and entertainment field.
