Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
Develop, update, and maintain accurate Job profiles for all positions.

Prepare and maintain hiring documents and personnel records in compliance with company policies and regulations.

✓Administer and assist employees with enrollment in medical insurance plans and other benefits programs.

Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and databases.

Ideal Profile

Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience 2-4 Proven experience in HR administration, operations, or a similar role.

Linguistic Skills English - Arabic

Computer Skills Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.

Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
Daily Working Hours: 8 hours per shift
Work Condition: On-site
