Cleaning Supervisor

Description

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the office’s internal and external areas in accordance with established schedules and quality standards. The role ensures that cleaning activities are properly organized, monitored and completed to the required standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the proper cleanliness of all assigned areas
• Follow cleaning staff schedules and conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of their work
• Plan and maintain cleaning schedules and assign tasks accordingly
• Organize replacements for absent cleaning staff when necessary
• Monitor compliance with established cleaning standards and procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager that are related to the responsibilities of the position
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, facilities, office management or supervisory role
• Experience in coordinating and supervising staff is preferred
• Knowledge of office cleaning standards, procedures and cleaning materials
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with established schedules and standards
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to respond quickly to operational issues and organize staff replacements when necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
